1. Returns & Replacements

2. Return Process

  • Non-Defective Returns: If you're unsatisfied with the product quality, you may return it within 48 hours. Options include:

    • Returning the product directly to Bulkse.

    • Utilizing Bulkse's reverse shipment service.

  • Refunds or Credit Notes: Available as per the buyer's choice. To process a refund, ensure your bank account details are updated in the "Bank Details" section of your account. Incorrect information may result in funds being sent to the wrong account, and Bulkse will not be liable for such errors.

 


 

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted if you change your mind.

  • Lighting Conditions: Variations in product appearance due to different lighting conditions are not grounds for return.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • DIY Assembly: Products require simple do-it-yourself assembly. Please follow the provided assembly guide.

  • Installation Damage: Bulkse is not responsible for damages incurred during installation due to incorrect procedures.

 


 

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer Responsibility: If the product is returned due to unresponsiveness, refusal to accept, or incorrect information at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 


 

7. Manufacturing Defects

  • Replacement: For manufacturing defects, replacement requests must be made within 15 days from the delivery date.
